How does EMS Work?

Whilst I have always enjoyed Yoga, my fitness journey began after having my three children.
Tired, overweight and in constant pain with a slipped disc, osteoarthritis and severe facet joint syndrome, I tried all of the different classes - cardio, weights, Pilates and yoga. Nothing helped.
Then I discovered EMS Training. No other exercise

Then I discovered EMS Training. No other exercise came close to helping me strengthen my muscles thereby supporting my joints and completely removing the constant pain.
I decided to become an EMS Trainer and absolutely love sharing this innovative training with our clients .

This policy is especially important for those engaged in personal training sessions, including Electric Muscle Stimulation and full-body workouts, as well as for clients seeking menopause support or strength training. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged at full price.
